Clicking on some parts of a TDWG region does not always result in that region getting selected. It seems that the same countries at any level (1-4) do not result in selections when clicked.

Examples:
At level 2, if you click Spain nothing gets selected but clicking France will select the lvl2 region that includes Spain. The same situation occurs with Norway: it does not seem possible to click on Norway to select Northern Europe.
At level 3 additional countries do not seem to work. At level 2, selecting Sweden resulted in selection of Northern Europe. At level 3, clicking Sweden selects nothing. Norway does not work, neither does Spain.
At level 4 the same countries cannot be selected.
