Have the authority included in the title of ITIS Names.

The ITIS name nodes take their titles from the term name. The term name does not include the authority for numerous reasons (iSpecies, TinyTax, etc). It won't be practical to have the term and node with different names/titles.

I am not sure I understand this. The title field is generated from unit name 1 and unit name 2 fields anyhow and it is separate from the term name, isn't it? If this is the case, why can't the title be different from the term name?
